- Shipping
We are delighted to offer worldwide shipping to the following countries: The Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, and the United States.
- Free shipping is available for all orders within the Netherlands.
- European orders outside of the Netherlands have a shipping cost of €9,99.
- Countries outside of the European Union (EU) have a shipping cost of €16,99.
- Orders above €99 are eligible for free shipping.
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a track and trace code, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
- Returns
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we strive to make the process as convenient as possible. Please consider the following guidelines:
- We do not offer free returns. If you wish to return a product, ensure that it is unworn and still has the tags attached. We cannot accept clothing that has been used.
- Return costs for orders within the Netherlands are 6,99
- Return costs for orders outside of the Netherlands will be calculated and provided to the costumer after the return request has been sent.
- If you need to request a refund, please contact our customer service via email at info@blanconoirclothing.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, if it is after this time frame, we may not be able to assist you.
- Please return your product within 3 days of receiving it.
- To avoid the need for returns, we highly recommend referring to our size chart to ensure that you select the right size for your order.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- Returns are free of charge if you have received a damaged, torn, or incorrect product. In such cases, our customer service may request pictures of the affected items to assess the situation.
- For products with minor defects or imperfections, we may offer a discount code or an alternative solution, depending on the resolution agreed upon via email.
- Please note that we do not provide any specific warranties for our products.
- Refund Amount
The refund amount will be calculated as follows:
- The returned products, excluding any shipping costs, will be refunded.
